Contracts Manager - Roads Infrastructure

As Contracts Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the commercial and contractual integrity of major infrastructure delivery. This position is suited to a commercially astute professional who can work across multiple stakeholders, provide clear contractual guidance, and help protect project outcomes through disciplined contract management and sound commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements
• Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters
• Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract administration within major infrastructure or construction projects
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex contract portfolios and leading multidisciplinary commercial and contract management teams
• Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts
• Experience working on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programmes
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within large-scale client organisations, government entities, or giga-project environments
• Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management, Construction Law, or Business Administration
• Professional membership with RICS, CIArb, ICE, CICES, or an equivalent professional body
