1. Acceptance of Terms & Saudi Regulatory Compliance

By accessing or using Souq Junction (souqjunction.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, the E-Commerce Law, and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

2. User Accounts & Listing Accuracy

Advertisers bear sole responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of all listings, pricing, contact details, and media uploaded. Real estate advertisers must hold appropriate licensing (e.g. Real Estate General Authority "Fal" license) where mandated by Saudi regulations.

3. Prohibited Items and Services Policy

The following goods, services, and content are strictly prohibited on Souq Junction:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, military surplus gear, and hazardous chemicals.
• Alcohol, narcotics, unregulated supplements, and prescription medications not authorized by the SFDA.
• Counterfeit branded merchandise, replicas, and pirated software violating intellectual property rights.
• Unauthorized investment schemes, cryptocurrency exchanges, forex operations, and multi-level marketing (MLM).
• Adult or dating services, matrimonial schemes carrying regulatory risk, and content violating Saudi public decency regulations.
• Official government documents, residency permits (Iqama), and identity papers.

4. Active Moderation & Account Suspension

Souq Junction actively moderates submissions. We reserve the unconditional right to reject, modify, or delete any listing, or suspend any user account suspected of fraudulent behavior, spamming, or violating these policies without prior notification.

5. Disclaimer of Transactional Liability

Souq Junction operates solely as a classified marketplace venue connecting buyers, renters, and sellers. We do not participate in negotiations, warranty goods, or hold transaction escrow. Users are urged to meet in public places, verify goods in person, and use secure payment methods.
