Job Vacancy: Accountant / Data Entry Encoder
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 2,500- 3,000 (depending on interview and experience)

Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Enter and maintain accurate property, customer, tenant, and landlord information in the ERP system.
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and basic financial reports.
Maintain records of rental agreements, property sales, commissions, and outstanding payments.
Follow up on rent collections, customer payments, and overdue balances.
Reconcile bank transactions, cash balances, and customer accounts.
Maintain proper filing of contracts, invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
Update Excel sheets and real estate management software.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly closing activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and data entry tasks.
Candidate Requirements
Pakistani or Indian nationality preferred.
Arabic language skills preferred.
Must have experience in the Saudi real estate market.
Must have knowledge and practical experience with ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Salary & Hiring
Monthly salary: SAR 2,500- 3,000, based on experience and interview.
