Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asian Cook to prepare a variety of Asian cuisine dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Asian dishes according to recipes and company standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet customer expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Properly store and handle food ingredients to minimize waste.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow food safety regulations and kitchen operating procedures.
Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Asian Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
Knowledge of Asian cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
