EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project proposes the establishment of a professionally managed home nursing and caregiving company in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The company will provide professional home nursing, elderly care, post-hospital care, personal assistance, day and night caregiving, and long-term home care services, subject to all applicable regulatory approvals and licensing requirements.
The company will initially operate with:
- 4 qualified nurses
- 10 trained caregivers
- 1 supervisor/administrator
The proposed investment has been structured into two stages, with a total investment requirement of BD 35,

Stage 1- Initial Investment: BD 25,000
The first-stage funding will be used to establish the company, complete the necessary registration and licensing process, prepare the office, recruit and onboard the workforce, purchase essential equipment and supplies, commence marketing, and provide initial working capital.
Stage 2- Expansion / Working Capital Investment: BD 10,000
Following the initial establishment and commencement of operations, a second investment of BD 10,000 will be introduced after a reasonable operating period.
This amount will strengthen working capital, support business expansion, customer acquisition, transportation, equipment and operational requirements.
The two-stage approach reduces the initial financial burden while allowing the company to establish its operations, demonstrate market demand and progressively strengthen its financial position.
Based on the projected revenue and operating model, the company aims to achieve return of the invested capital / investment recovery within approximately 8- 10 months from the commencement of stable revenue-generating operations, subject to customer acquisition, staff utilisation, pricing and actual operating performance.
