Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage our accounting operations, financial records, VAT compliance, and ZATCA-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer outstanding balances.
Handle VAT calculations, VAT reconciliation, and VAT return preparation and filing.
Manage ZATCA-related accounting compliance and e-invoicing requirements.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash and bank records.
Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and cash flow reports.
Assist with annual closing, audit preparation, and financial documentation.
Maintain payroll and employee-related accounting records, where required.
Ensure financial records comply with applicable Saudi regulations.
Candidate Requirements
2- 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Practical experience with Saudi VAT and ZATCA procedures is essential.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Ability to prepare and review financial reports independently.
Good organizational skills, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Saudi accounting and tax compliance requirements.
Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with valid work authorization are preferred, subject to applicable regulations.
