Operation Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor to manage daily operations of our heavy equipment rental business, making sure equipment, operators, and client sites run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily equipment operations, operators, drivers, and riggers
Plan equipment deployment and manpower according to client requirements
Coordinate with clients and site teams to ensure timely service
Monitor equipment availability, utilization, and maintenance schedules
Follow up with the maintenance team to reduce equipment downtime
Ensure HSE rules and company safety procedures are followed on site
Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and operation records
Handle site issues and report to management

Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations or supervision
Must have experience in heavy equipment rental companies
Good knowledge of cranes, trucks, and other heavy equipment operations
Good communication and team-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and on site
Knowledge of Saudi site and client requirements is an advantage
