a smal bussines with 20 emails looking for part time IT engineer or IT company.
IT support dutes shall handel the following Typical duties include:

Technical support: Troubleshoot computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.

Network management: Configure and maintain internet connections, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.

System administration: Manage servers, user accounts, email, and access permissions.

Cybersecurity: Apply security updates, manage antivirus protection, and monitor potential threats.

Backup and recovery: Maintain backups and test data recovery procedures.

Software support: Install, configure, and maintain business applications.

Equipment management: Track IT assets, recommend purchases, and coordinate repairs.

Documentation: Maintain technical records, system configurations, and support reports.

Vendor coordination: Work with technology suppliers and service providers.

Staff training: Help employees use systems securely and effectively.

Web site and comminicate with services provider.
