WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT ENGINEER

About the Role
DENEVA is looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our Engineering & Projects team in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering activities, managing site execution, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to approved specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project activities and site execution.
Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
Monitor project schedules, costs, productivity, and work progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate RFIs, material submittals, method statements, inspections, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and applicable client specifications.
Support quantity verification, progress billing, variation claims, and cost control.
Coordinate project handover, as-built drawings, and closeout documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
3- 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction or project execution.
Experience in Saudi Arabia's Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial sectors is preferred.
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and project requirements is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of BOQs, quantity takeoffs, project scheduling, and cost control.
Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Transferable Iqama preferred for locally hired candidates.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: SAR 3,000- 4,000
