Job Description.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager who can handle projects from quotation preparation to final completion.
The candidate must have strong experience in managing labor, coordinating with clients, and executing Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical works.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage and supervise Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical works.
Arrange, manage, and supervise labor to complete projects according to client requirements.
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and technical/commercial offers.
Communicate professionally with clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings.
Handle client inquiries, follow up on quotations, and coordinate project requirements.
Plan project activities, manpower, materials, and schedules.
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor site progress and resolve day-to-day project issues.
Preferred Experience.
Candidates with previous experience in food plants, factories, industrial facilities, and maintenance projects will be preferred.
Experience working with major industrial clients such as Almarai, NBCC, Americana, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), or similar organizations will be an advantage.
Requirements.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical maintenance and execution works.
Proven ability to manage labor and complete projects independently.
Good quotation preparation, estimation, and cost-control skills.
Excellent client communication and professional email-writing skills.
Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
