Description
WE ARE HIRING- QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Saudi Arabia
Position: Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor payments.
Conduct material quantity calculations and cost analysis.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants.
Ensure accurate measurement and cost control throughout the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Relevant experience in construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software.
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
