FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced Safety Officer for refinery, petrochemical and industrial projects in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

Relevant experience as a Safety Officer in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas or industrial construction projects.

Previous YASREF / Saudi Aramco project experience or approval is highly preferred.

Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Safety or related discipline preferred.

NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certification preferred.

Good knowledge of:

Permit to Work (PTW)

JSA / JHA / Risk Assessment

Toolbox Talks

Work at Height

Confined Space

Excavation Safety

Lifting Operations

Scaffolding Safety

Electrical Safety / LOTO

Hot Work / Cold Work

Emergency Response

Good understanding of refinery and petrochemical HSE requirements.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily site safety inspections and monitor work activities.

Ensure compliance with approved HSE plans, procedures and client requirements.

Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.

Review and monitor JSA/JHA and permit requirements.

Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Coordinate with WPR, supervisors, construction teams and HSE management.

Monitor PPE compliance and site housekeeping.

Support incident / near-miss reporting and investigation.

Maintain HSE inspection reports, observation records and safety documentation.

Stop unsafe work where required and immediately report critical safety issues.
