Looking for Someone to Take Over Ejar Registration- 3-Bedroom Flat in Riyadh
Location: Wadi Al Ain, Ghirnatah, Riyadh 13242

I am looking for someone who can take over the Ejar registration from my name to their name, as I will be going on vacation and need to arrange the transfer.

2 washrooms

Hall

Shared kitchen

Air conditioning

Unfurnished

Located on the 2nd floor

Current Status:

All 3 rooms are currently occupied by tenants.
Rent has already been paid until December
2026.
The next rent payment is due on 1 January
2027.
The new tenant will take over the flat with all 3 rooms occupied.
Rent: SAR 10,000 for 3 months for the entire flat, payable at the next rental period.
Electricity: Separate, based on actual usage.
Ejar Transfer Fee: For now, you only need to pay SAR 1,000 for the Ejar registration fee to transfer the registration to your name through the real estate office.
The next rent payment is due on 1 January
2027.
