Sr. Planning Engineer

A Multinational company Looking for Experienced Planning Engineer.
Core Responsibilities
• Schedule Development: Build master baseline schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Translate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), drawings, and contract scope into structured, sequential work packages and milestones.
• Resource & Cost Loading: Allocate labor, machinery, sub-contractors, and material quantities to specific activities to forecast cash flows and S-curves.
• Progress Monitoring & Tracking: Collect Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) from the site, measure actual vs. planned progress, and generate periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly).
• Delay & Risk Analysis: Identify bottlenecks, conduct time-impact analyses, help prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and develop recovery schedules.
The candidate Must have EOT preparation experience
