Static Planner in Jubail

Position Title: Static Planner

Location: Jubail
FAT Under our Scope
Work Duration: 4-6 Months

Key Responsibilities

· Develop detailed work packages for static equipment maintenance

· Coordinate with inspection team for scope definition

· Prepare job plans including resource requirements and durations

· Identify and coordinate material and spare parts requirements

· Develop lifting and rigging plans for heavy equipment

· Coordinate with operations for isolation and decontamination planning

· Ensure compliance with procedures and safety requirements

· Update plans based on inspection findings and scope changes

· Support scheduling team with activity durations and dependencies

· Maintain accurate planning documentation and records

Qualifications

· Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 5 years of experience in static equipment maintenance/planning

· Experience with turnaround operations preferred

· Knowledge of vessel and heat exchanger maintenance

· Familiarity with planning software

Skills & Competencies

· Strong technical knowledge of static equipment

· Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications

· Good understanding of maintenance procedures and practices

· Organizational and planning abilities

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Communication and coordination skills

· Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
