URGENT REQUIREMENT: CCR OPERATOR (DCS)- POWERHOUSE
Location: Powerhouse Central Control Room- []Rabigh]
Reports To: Shift Charge Engineer / Shift Supervisor

Job Purpose
Safe and continuous operation of the powerhouse from the Central Control Room (CCR).
Equipment
• MAN 18V48/60B and 18V48/60TS heavy fuel/diesel engines
• Siemens SGT-600 gas turbines (~24.5 MW)
• 11kV / 13.8kV generators and MV switchgear
• Control systems: Siemens PCS7, Woodward, MAN SaCoS
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor plant parameters via DCS/SCADA
• Remote start, synchronization, load sharing and shutdown of engines and turbines
• Control MW, MVAr, voltage and power factor
• Manage dual-fuel changeover (HFO, LFO, Gas)
• Respond to alarms and trips, and lead black-start operations
• Coordinate LOTO and Work Permits (PTW) as per HSE
• Maintain electronic shift logs
Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Power Engineering
• Certified DCS training (Siemens PCS7, Emerson Ovation, ABB Ability or equivalent)
• 5+ years as Control Room / DCS Operator in a heavy industrial powerhouse or IPP
• MAN 48/60 or 32/40 series and Siemens SGT experience (highly preferred)
• Ability to read P&IDs and SLDs
• Excellent technical English and radio communication
