URGENT REQUIREMENT- FLATBED TRAILERS
We are urgently looking for suppliers who can provide flatbed trucks/trailers for a long-term transportation contract.
Interested suppliers are requested to share their available fleet capacity and the required documents as soon as possible.
Requirement Details:
1. Total Units: Open quantity- suppliers may offer the maximum number of units they can provide.
2. Required Documents: Complete documentation in PDF format, including:
Driver Iqama
TGA cards
Truck registration documents (Istimara)
Other relevant vehicle and driver documents
3. Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable based on requirements and mutual agreement.
4. Type of Material: Containers carrying general goods.
5. Route & Transportation Scope: Rabigh to Dammam and return (round-trip basis).
All transportation arrangements are within the supplier's scope.
6. Payment Terms: Payment will be processed within 5 days after completion of each trip, subject to the agreed terms and submission of the required documents.
Interested suppliers are requested to confirm their available units, transportation rates, and readiness for immediate deployment.
