Location: Al Hamra, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A Pakistani restaurant in Al Hamra, Riyadh, is looking for an experienced and skilled Pakistani Chef to join our kitchen team immediately.
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic Pakistani dishes, including biryani, karahi, handi, korma, BBQ, daal, and traditional curries.

Maintain consistent food taste, quality, and presentation.

Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Manage kitchen operations, food preparation, and portion control.

Monitor stock, minimize food wastage, and control food costs.

Maintain proper storage and ensure that all ingredients are fresh.

Work efficiently during busy hours and maintain timely food service.

Coordinate with restaurant management to improve customer satisfaction and food quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pakistani chef in a Pakistani restaurant.

Strong knowledge of authentic Pakistani cuisine.

Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.

Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.

Must be currently available in Saudi Arabia.

Immediate joining preferred.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
