Mechanical Engineer

We're Hiring: Mechanical Engineer- HVAC Operation & Maintenance
Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and cooling towers
Plan and carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules
Troubleshoot system faults and lead repairs to minimize downtime
Supervise and guide HVAC technicians on site
Monitor system performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with HSE standards
Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and spare-parts requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in HVAC operation and maintenance (central plants and chillers preferred)
Hands-on knowledge of chiller systems (Trane, Carrier, York, etc.) and BMS controls
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or eligibility
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred; transferable Iqama is a plus
